Upon completion of your order, you should receive a confirmation of the details via email. An additional email will be sent when you order has been fully processed and is ready to ship; this email will include the tracking number for your reference.

Canada-wide: 2 business days from the date shipped.
NOTE: these timelines reflect off-season approximations. During Peak/Holiday Seasons please add a minimum of one business day to the timeline. To protect the quality of your chocolate, we may hold your package for shipping until the following Monday to ensure minimal time held in transit with UPS.
ORDER EDITS AFTER SUBMISSION
The maximum weight of deliveries within Canada is 10 kg. We will make every effort to package your items with adequate cooling and padding materials. However please note due to the nature of shipping from time-to-time, damages may occur.
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the order.
